How It Works
Through our network of national car servicing centre’s we are able to offer
car servicing that is UP TO 65% CHEAPER than most main dealers.
All our qualified technicians follow strict industry codes of practice thus enabling
you to maintain your vehicle warranty in the same way as you would if you used a
main dealer.
Following all servicing work, your service book will be stamped thereby ensuring
your service history is maintained.
THE 5 STEP SYSTEM EXPLAINED IN DETAIL
STEP ONE
Contact us using either our ON LINE BOOKING PAGE our CALL BACK
REQUEST feature or simply use our FREEPHONE NUMBER
to speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives. We will discuss your requirements
and arrange a convenient time, date and place for the collection of your vehicle.
STEP TWO
On the pre arranged date, time (usually between 8am - 10am) and place convenient
for you, we will collect your vehicle FREE OF CHARGE. We are usually
able to pick up and deliver your vehicle either at home or your place of work and
return it to you on the same day. If for any reason we encounter a delay due to
the availability of parts then one of our Customer Service Representatives will
contact you immediately.
STEP THREE
As soon as the vehicle arrives at one of our nationwide garages it will be given
a full detailed inspection. The work will then be carried out in accordance our
detailed service schedule. We will only ever use genuine car parts
of original equipment (OE) standard thus ensuring your warranty if applicable is
protected. All of our fully qualified technicians use the latest equipment enabling
us to offer a full 12 month parts and labour guarantee.
Should the inspection find that ANY ADDITIONAL WORK is required
then one of our customer service representatives will ALWAYS seek
your authorisation prior to the commencement of work.
Our customers are under NO OBLIGATION to use Car Servicing Solutions
Ltd for any additional work that may be required and are free to make their own
independent arrangements however we are able to provide a competitive parts and
labour quotation should you require us to do so.
At this point we will also inspect FREE OF CHARGE any faults that
you may have requested us to look at and report our findings back to you.
STEP FOUR
Once the work has been completed your vehicle will be given a FREE WASH AND
VAC. The vehicle will then be inspected by one of our Quality Control
Managers who will sign the release form and ensure a copy of this, our invoice and
your stamped service book is left in your vehicle.
One of our Customer Service Representatives will then contact you and take payment
either by Debit or Credit card over the telephone. We pride ourselves on our honesty
and the price you see on our website is the price you actually pay unless you have
specifically authorised any additional work. This price is inclusive of VAT, parts,
labour, collection and delivery.
STEP FIVE
Your car will be returned to you FREE OF CHARGE (usually between
4pm - 6pm) either at home or your place of work.
Any feedback you may have regarding our service is encouraged. All feedback is personally
dealt with by our Managing Director as we feel that it is a valuable tool that enables
us to continually better our service.
